Yes- We ask that you come to the wedding dressed in your best black-tie attire. We ask that men wear a tuxedo or a dark colored suit and women wear a formal gown.

No, we ask that once you arrive all phones be silenced and put away. We want everyone to be fully present with us and we have a wonderful photographer to do the job for you! After the ceremony feel free to take as many photos as you’d like!

The time in which the ceremony begins will be listed on your formal invitation. We ask that you arrive no later than 15 minutes before the ceremony begins. We recommend arriving early to give everyone time to park, find their seat, and enjoy the beautiful library murals.

Once the ceremony begins, no guests will be allowed to enter. However, you are welcome to wait and enter once the ceremony is over!

If you received a plus one, this will be indicated on your invitation and will appear under your name when you RSVP. If you believe an error has been made, please feel free to reach out!

The ceremony will take place on the main floor of the Linn-Henley Research Library. Once the ceremony is over, guests are invited to make their way to the 4th Floor Richard Arrington Auditorium to celebrate. All events will take place indoors. Elevators are located directly beside the stairs.

Yes, the Birmingham Public Library has graciously allowed our guests to park in the Birmingham Public Library parking lot located at 2149 7th Ave N, Birmingham, AL 35203.
